1. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the logistics partner, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the applicable return/refund process will apply.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept eligible return requests within 7-14 days from the date of delivery.
A product may be eligible for return when:

3. Non-Returnable Products

5. Wrong, Damaged or Defective Product
If you receive a wrong, damaged or defective product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
We may request photographs or videos showing the product, packaging, shipping label and relevant issue to help us investigate the complaint.
If the claim is approved, we may provide a replacement, return and refund, or another appropriate resolution depending on product availability and circumstances.
6. Return Shipping Charges
Return shipping charges will be handled according to the reason for the return and the applicable return conditions displayed on our website.
Where a return is approved because of an error attributable to Fabskrit, we will handle the return shipping according to the applicable process.

7. Refund Process
After the returned product is received and inspected, we will determine whether the return meets the applicable conditions.
If the refund is approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method or through another applicable refund method.
Refund processing time 24-48 hours. after approval.
The time taken for the amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider or bank.
8. Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, a partial refund may be applicable where the returned product does not meet the applicable return conditions or where only part of an order is eligible.
Any such decision will be communicated to the customer.
9. Exchange / Replacement
Where available, an eligible wrong, damaged or defective product may be replaced instead of refunded.
Replacement availability depends on stock.
10. Return Inspection
All returned products may be inspected before a refund or replacement is approved.
Products that are used, damaged after delivery, altered, incomplete or returned without required accessories/packaging may not qualify for a refund or replacement, subject to applicable law.
